```Responsibilities:```
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide appropriate counseling on medication use and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medication orders, allergies, and adverse reactions
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, and order as needed
- Provide education to patients on proper medication administration techniques
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in pharmacy practice
```Experience:```
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Current pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and patient care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in medication administration, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. They will possess strong patient care skills and be able to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients. A current pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
