Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Manager and Sales Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels and creating engaging content that drives sales and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
· Create compelling and innovative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· "Collaborate with social media post creators to optimize content based on analytics and emerging trends, ensuring that posts are engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand objectives."
· Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
· Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with the sales team to create content that supports lead generation and conversion efforts.
· Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
· Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content development and strategy.
· Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and shareable content.
· Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion.
· Continuously optimize social media campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize results.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a social media content manager or similar role.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
· Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
· Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
· Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales strategies.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
· Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
