Primary Responsibilities
· Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners
· Ensuring that property owner requests and concerns are promptly attended to, either by assigning them to a team member or personally taking responsibility for their resolution
· Growing and maintaining our network of connections with organizations and other individuals/entities that seek extended-stay furnished rental accommodations
· Creating new Airbnb listings on our account
· Learning about the pricing of Airbnbs on both a nightly and monthly basis to eventually be able to set pricing independently in alignment with market conditions and owner guidelines
· Developing innovative strategies to promote and secure bookings for our Airbnb properties
· Adjusting the cleaning schedule if needed during the Airbnb Property Supervisor’s two days off
Collaborative Responsibilities
The following tasks are to be jointly performed by the Relationship Manager, the Airbnb Property Supervisor, and other team members:
· Airbnb messages
o Accepting/screening bookings
o Check-in details
o Check-ins during stay
o Check out messages
o Guest issues/complaints/questions
· Conducting property inspections to identify any issues and taking responsibility for addressing them personally or delegating them to a team member when necessary
· Accommodating guests during their stay
· Preparing new houses for Airbnb
o Completing checklist
o Creating house guides
An Airbnb Relationship Manager is accountable for the satisfaction of our Airbnb property owner clients and the guests staying at their properties. This full-time work from home and in the field position has no set hours - supported by an experienced management team an employee schedules their own tasks and responsibilities.

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
