About The Role:
We are looking for driven individuals to help us build new clientele and keep up with in-coming leads. Ideal candidates will be extremely energetic and motivated, with superior people skills. You will be extremely valued for bringing new ideas on how to improve the sales process and optimize existing sales flow.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Present, sell and promote RenoDuck products and services to incoming leads
- Generate quotes using RenoDuck quoting software
- Develop and optimize existing and new sales tactics and processes
- Resolve potential issues with clients and maximize client satisfaction
- Utilize internal CRM system for sales tracking and report generation
- Achieve and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Participate in RenoDuck expansion growth plan (will be shared with the matching candidates)
You Will Be Successful If You Will Have:
- 3+ Years of experience in sales
- 1+ Years of experience in selling renovation/building/design services.
- Have an understanding of construction design concepts
- Knowledge in construction/renovation industry and understanding of basics of all major building processes
- Ability to find and develop new lead sources
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Experience in use of CRM and Project Management systems
- Construction related education is a strong asset
- Have G Full Driver’s License
- Have access to a car

Salary: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
