Salary $85,000 - $110,000+

Responsibilities

Embrace and exhibit the dealership’s Mission, Vision and Values, Customer Ground Rules, Leadership Philosophy, and Dealership Priorities.
Supporting the Finance Compliance Manager to ensure deal fundamentals are complete, such as paperwork, funding, titles, and ensuring manufacturer/lender compliance is followed, etc.
Assist/support in appraising trades utilizing V-Auto when available
Oversee Account Executive sales processes and performance and assist in training new team members
Motivate, support, and monitor the performance of all team members.
Provide daily check-ins/checkouts with team members
Ensure all customers and leads are attended to in a timely manner
Creating and building relationships within all departments to positively affect the overall business of the dealership.

Qualifications

Past proven Leadership or Management Experience within a Customer Service Industry (Automotive Experience an asset)
Only Self-Motivated Sales & Culture Driven Individuals will be considered
Strong customer service mind set.
Exceptional listening, telephone, and computer skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Friendly, positive attitude.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
