Job Summary:
FreshFind is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Associate Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the world of human resources within a tech startup environment. As an HR Associate Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of HR operations and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates regarding the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our candidate database.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions, helping new hires understand our culture, values, and policies.
HR Administration:
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist with employee file management and documentation.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for HR initiatives.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or recent graduate.
- Strong passion for human resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
