About the position
The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all day-to-day studio functions with a focus on sales, studio profitability and customer experience in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

You have a background in full-cycle sales in a B2C environment, and capability to “Lead From The Front”. This role is 80-90% Sales and 10-20% operations.

Requirements
● 2+ years of fitness or equivalent sales experience in membership-based studios
● An affinity and passion for fitness
● Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
● Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
● Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales, retail and complimentary services.
● Excellent writing, grammar, communication, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
● Ability to excel in a fast paced, diverse environment.
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement, multitask, and make changes using good judgment.
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Duties
● Work alongside the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
● Lead generation including community marketing and networking.
● Working with the marketing department to create compelling marketing campaigns.
● Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand daily to increase online presence.
● Respond to customer queries through online & social networks.
● Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow social following.
● Implement sales process to schedule prospects into an intro class.
● Manage staff scheduling.
● Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
● Supervise Sales Representatives
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
● Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
● Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
● Collect out-standing dues.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures.
● Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and literature is stocked and visible.
● Schedule and participate in community events and studio promotions.
● Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
● Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
● Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
● Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
● Continuously improve through feedback.
Compensation and Benefits
